Jim Janicki, President & Chief Executive Officer
Jim, President and CEO, brings more than 25 years of executive leadership with extensive entrepreneurial and software technology experience. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Calpont, a privately-held company that focuses on database solutions. He also served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) at Austin Ventures. Prior to that, he was the co-founder and CEO of MetaSolv Software (Nasdaq:MSLV), a leading global provider of operations support system solutions for communications service providers around the world. MetaSolv Software grew from three employees to more than 600 and went public in 1999 with revenues reaching $130 million in 2001. During this period, Janicki was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Before co-founding MetaSolv, Janicki spent more than a decade in various positions at Texas Instruments. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.

Lee Constantino, Chief Financial Officer
Lee brings over 10 years of financial and operational leadership experience in venture-backed start-up high tech companies. Prior to Ignite, Lee was the CFO at Fuego, Inc., Plano, TX, an emerging software company which was acquired by BEA Systems, Inc. At Fuego, Lee was responsible for finance, accounting, legal, operations and professional services. Before Fuego, Lee was the Vice President, Finance and Operations of MindFlow Technologies, Inc., a venture-backed software company in Plano, TX. Prior to MindFlow, Lee was the Controller and Director of Business Operations at Netensity, Inc., Plano, TX, a venture-backed start-up high tech company. He has also been a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, TX, where he focused on the high tech industry and gained valuable start-up, SEC, and IPO experience. Before that, he was a Financial Analyst at Sandler O'Neill & Partners in New York City, where he obtained merger & acquisition experience. Lee holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo, an MBA from Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Fabian Gordon, Chief Technology Officer
Fabian brings over 28 years of extensive technical expertise in the development of emerging and strategic technologies, pioneering industry-changing Internet-based applications and adds a strong background in audio and video production. Prior to Ignite, Fabian was senior vice president and chief technology officer for RealPage, where he was responsible for all technology strategy and standards. Prior to RealPage, Fabian was chief technology officer for CLR/Fasttax (now RIA, a Thomson company), where he led the teams responsible for two complete paradigm shifts in tax preparation and research technologies. Fabian was co-founder of Vision FX, Inc. an Internet company focused on Internet applications, consulting services, website design, and web hosting services. Fabian has also held several technology leadership positions in various companies and has provided advanced technology consulting services to numerous Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. Fabian graduated from New York's Institute of Audio Research and Northeastern University where he majored in electrical engineering with a strong focus in music and performance.

Jeffrey Toney, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Jeffrey brings over 24 years of sales expertise and leadership with extensive experience in building and growing start-up enterprise software companies. Prior to Ignite, Jeffrey was the VP of Strategic Sales and Business Development at Fuego, the industry pioneer in Business Process Management (BPM) Software. Fuego was acquired by BEA Systems in February of 2006, where Jeffrey accepted the responsibility of leading BEA’s Global BPM Sales organization, resulting in record revenue growth and the closure of BEA’s first BPM software sales in China, Japan, Singapore, Australia, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Before Fuego, Jeffrey led domestic and international sales organizations at webMethods, Raytheon, Netscape Communications, USA Video Interactive and Digital Equipment Corporation. Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from The University of North Texas.

Dana R. Brown, Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer
Dana is a 17 year software technology industry veteran . Dana brings to Ignite expertise in marketing and product management strategy for growing technology companies. At Ignite, Dana is responsible for overall market strategy, product management, product marketing, marketing communications, strategic alliances and training and documentation. Prior to Ignite, Dana was President and Chief Executive Officer, at Ipsum Networks, a privately held company that developed route analytics solutions to optimize IP traffic within corporate enterprise and telecommunication networks. Prior to Ipsum Networks, Dana served as vice president of marketing at MetaSolv which she co-founded in 1992. At MetaSolv, she was responsible for the development of key alliance relationships and the execution of product and corporate branding efforts that propelled MetaSolv forward, resulting in positioning the company as the leader in providing Operations Support Solutions for the telecommunications industry. Prior to co-founding MetaSolv, Dana was director of product management for Texas Instruments' Advanced Information Management division where she was responsible for identification of vertical markets for commercialization of applications built on the company's Information Engineering Facility(TM) platform. She also served as senior consultant with Arthur Andersen. Dana earned a B.S. degree in computer science and accounting from Southwest Baptist University.

Joey Merz, Vice President, Operations
Joey brings over 16 years of experience developing technology-based products and services for high-availability operational environments.  Joey began his career as a developer for Conoco and has worked in various technology roles, including sales and operations. Before coming to Ignite, Joey was Vice President of Internet Systems at Match.com, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Match.com and iMatch platforms, including Web, database and email infrastructures. Prior to joining Match.com, Joey worked for a Silicon Valley startup selling hosting and VPN solutions. In addition, Joey has more than seven years experience supporting network systems for several companies, including MBNA, where his role included networking and financial applications support. Joey holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
