Ignite Technologies Names Jim Janicki President & Chief Executive Officer

DALLAS, TX, April 10, 2006 – Ignite Technologies, the leading digital delivery service, recently named Jim Janicki President and CEO, effective immediately.   Ignite has gained significant traction in the content delivery and desktop management arena and is poised to enter its next phase of growth under Janicki's leadership.

Founder and former CEO, Scott Wilson, helped recruit Janicki to Ignite and will stay on as a member of the Advisory Board.    Wilson has grown Ignite from inception and has chosen to hand over the reigns for the next phase of growth.   "I am excited that Ignite's growth has enabled us to attract world-class talent, and I believe Jim's background, leadership skills and experience are a perfect fit for taking Ignite to the next level."

Janicki's technical, leadership and entrepreneurial experience is vast.   Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Calpont, a privately-held company that focuses on database solutions.   Prior to that, he was the co-founder and CEO of MetaSolv Software, a leading global provider of operations support system solutions for communications service providers around the world.   MetaSolv Software grew from three employees to more than 600 and went public in 1999 with revenues reaching $130 million in 2001. During this period, Janicki was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Before co-founding MetaSolv, Janicki spent more than a decade in various positions at Texas Instruments.
