Ignite Technologies Appoints Lee Constantino as Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Constantino brings over 10 years of financial and operational leadership experience in venture-backed technology companies.

Prior to Ignite Technologies, Mr. Constantino held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Fuego, Inc., an emerging software company acquired by BEA Systems, Inc. Before Fuego, Mr. Constantino held various positions with other venture-backed start-ups including MindFlow Technologies, Inc. and Netensity, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Constantino held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Financial Analyst at Sandler O'Neill & Partners in New York City, where he gained valuable experience in SEC, IPO, and merger & acquisitions. Mr. Constantino holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo, an MBA from Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
