Ignite Technologies Acquires Abacast Live Stream Peer-to-Peer Technology

Frisco, Texas, February 9, 2011 - Ignite Technologies, Inc., the leader in providing secure and scalable Enterprise Content Delivery Solutions enabling customers to efficiently publish, deliver and manage digital assets, today announced it has completed a technology asset acquisition with Abacast Inc., to include its live stream peer-to-peer technology and two related patents.
A two year strong partnership with Abacast provided the ability to successfully integrate the products and provide a proven solution for peer-to-peer live streaming within Ignite's large enterprise customer base. The unique combination of solutions enhanced the peering capabilities by leveraging Ignite's client intelligence technology.
