With Ignite, you can deploy customized hiring and information kiosks that allow prospective employees to securely apply for job openings and sign employment documents, reducing paperwork and protecting the privacy of their information. Existing staff members can also use these kiosks to update their address or other personal details, request days off, and check benefits information. 
  • Ensure on-time delivery of critical communications. HR professionals no longer need to rely on IT for distribution of critical communications such as employee handbooks and benefit revisions. Ignite provides a web-based administration module that you can easily use to target these communications to the entire workforce or specified groups. Deliver communications at the right time – designate a scheduled delivery date and time for time-sensitive information (e.g., "urgent" for emergency or immediate communications, or "on demand" for communications that can be viewed as desired). And, all communications be viewed both online and offline.
  • Track, monitor, and report on HR communications. HR professionals need the ability to monitor whether communications are read, understood, or ineffective. Corporate portals have the ability to track company traffic and usage, and employees can be directed to a portal through an email. However, the desired action depends on the employee. Ignite gives you the ability to track who has received the intended communications, how many have viewed the content, and other valuable statistics. A survey can be attached to the content and required to be filled out by the employees. A report can be generated to show company-wide statistics on the viewing rate of all communications.
