IgniteTech Adds Enterprise Resource Planning to Its Solutions Portfolio With Everest Software
AUSTIN, Texas — July 18, 2019 — Ignite Technologies and ESW Capital announced today Everest Software is now part of Ignite’s enterprise solutions portfolio through a reorganization of ESW Capital’s operating companies.
Everest, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, was previously aligned with ESW’s Versata portfolios.

Everest is an ERP business management solution for owners and managers looking for the robustness and scalability of a SQL Server database, and includes multi-currency and integrated email capabilities. The solution can automate all departments, including accounting, inventory control, service, eCommerce, sales force automation, CRM, point-of-sale, wireless connectivity, and more, all in real-time.
By joining Ignite, Everest customers now have access to the company’s innovative Ignite Prime program, a one-of-a-kind customer benefit. The Ignite Prime program is an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) which provides access to a robust catalog of 17 Ignite software solutions. The program enables customers to accelerate digital transformation initiatives and modernize sales, marketing, finance and IT operations on unprecedented, customer-friendly economic terms.
With the merger, Everest will undergo a name change to Ignite Everest Solutions, Inc., and the Everest solution will be marketed, sold and supported as one of Ignite’s finance and operations solutions.
