Ignite Technologies adds Service Desk Solution to its Solutions Portfolio with TriActive
AUSTIN, Texas — July 18, 2019 — Ignite Technologies and ESW Capital announced today TriActive is now part of Ignite’s enterprise solutions portfolio through a reorganization of ESW Capital’s operating companies.
TriActive, a SaaS service desk solution, was previously aligned with ESW’s Versata portfolio.
“The merger will be an exciting one for existing TriActive customers,” said Davin Cushman, CEO, Ignite Technologies “Ignite will be making material investments in enhancing customer value through a 5x larger Prime program and a new product strategy allowing individual customers to turbo-charge customization of the TriActive platform to best meet their needs.”
Customers use the TriActive service desk solution for asset, configuration, and desktop management.
By joining Ignite, TriActive customers now have access to the company’s innovative Ignite Prime program, a one-of-a-kind customer benefit. The Ignite Prime program is an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) which provides access to a robust catalog of 17 Ignite software solutions. The program enables customers to accelerate digital transformation initiatives and modernize sales, marketing, finance and IT operations on unprecedented, customer-friendly economic terms.
With the merger, TriActive will undergo a name change to Ignite SV Solutions, Inc., and the TriActive solution will be marketed, sold and supported as one of Ignite’s IT and Compliance solutions.
